This form of search allows us to devote our maximum resources to completing a search which gives us the opportunity to add new services and to use more resources. This is particularly useful for very difficult searches. The client, by committing to use only us, allows us to devote our full resources to the role and by only dealing with one firm he or she cuts down the time of recruitment. In addition we work closely with the client to profile the market and to build a shortlist. We deal with each retained client on an exclusive basis and present candidates to only that client.
