We also offer our clients an advertised selection service. We advertise the vacancy in a leading paper and then present a shortlist to the client. We can also provide a benchmarking service by sourcing candidates through additional methods including headhunting and networking. This approach works particularly well if the vacancy is hard to fill and the client is keen to see people from a variety of backgrounds who have a similar skillset and are able to bring different abilities and experiences to the role.
