Our Methodology

We generate our candidates through networking and headhunting. Initially we target passive candidates from our global network and if they’re not open to a move we will then take referrals from them. Then we will map the teams of competitors and –on behalf of our client- we will locate and headhunt their star performers. After profiling them we then meet them to assess suitability for the roles. We will also consult with the client about whether there are people from outside the direct candidate pool that might interest him or her. Often, for example, there will be executives doing exactly the same job in a different country who might be open to relocate. Often a different job will require similar knowledge and skills. We always strive to operate a bespoke service tailored around both our clients and our candidates. We afford the same degree of flexibility, integrity and professionalism to clients and candidates alike.
